I had surgery just once 20 years ago, and back then I only had silicone inserted to raise the nasal bridge and didn’t do anything else. But recently I’ve been feeling pressure in my nose, and every now and then it feels kind of off, so I looked into it and heard this could be before inflammation or contracture develops, which really scared me So I looked into removal or revision surgery without an implant, but at ㅅㅅㅇ there was no discussion about the shape, just talk about removing it and adjusting the nasal tip, and I didn’t feel certainty or trust. Capsular removal was also up to the patient, and the capsule is something the medical team looks at and removes on their own if there’s something abnormal, and if there’s nothing abnormal, they don’t remove it…
