Hello. Without knowing anything, I had surgery with septal extension ㅎ There were more side effects than I expected. My nose wasn’t even short, but after doing it with this method, my nose became shorter tooㅠㅠ So I thought about removing everything completely, but I’m really worried about the shape. Has anyone had surgery with the septal extension technique and then had it revised so that only a support graft was left? Or is anyone planning something like this? I’m curious whether the shape will change.
