Before<before surgery>Before<before surgery>My natural nose had basically no bridge and had a bit of a hump, and I had alar reduction a year ago, but I still wanted a little more, so I ended up getting nose surgery this time.. I put 3 mm silicone in the bridge and raised the tip together to match the bridge using septal cartilage and ear cartilage! I had surgery on July 5, and yesterday I finally got the stitches and splint removed!! I really love it
