I liked that the director was meticulous and kind. During the surgical consultation, he considered the patient’s perspective as much as possible, and it seems like he prioritizes meeting the patient’s needs. When I went for follow-ups, he listened to various requests as much as possible too, so I liked that. First of all, the line came out well, so I’m very satisfied.
