I went for a consultation at ㅅㅅㅇ for revision rhinoplasty. Last year I had surgery for nasal valve, inferior turbinate, nasal septum, nasal bridge (silicone), and nasal tip (autologous costal cartilage), and I brought my operative record with me.
As soon as I arrived, I had the consultation with the director. I had written down everything I wanted to ask, so I asked all of it. I went thinking I would only lower my nasal tip because it was too high, but he said that if I lower the nasal tip, I also need to lower the nasal bridge together.
He felt inside my nose and told me what seemed to be inside and how the surgery seemed to have been done, and if I were to have surgery, he explained with drawings how the surgery would proceed.
He showed me photos of cases similar to mine or with similar revision surgery directions.
Before going to the consultation, I did a lot of online research, and it felt exactly like what I had heard while researching.
