Already three months since my successful first surgery for a low, upturned, short nose...

It has already been 3 months since my nose surgery, and time has passed so quickly. I thought time would never move, but after about a month, I had almost no discomfort in daily life, so I think I stopped being so conscious of it and time went by faster. I really feel that the saying that plastic surgery should be done when you decide to do it, even one year younger, is so true.... Now that it has been 3 months, I feel like even the residual swelling has completely gone down. As the swelling went down, I was thinking, oh no, it can't get any lower~ lol, but a friend who saw me right after my nose surgery and then met me again at the 3-month mark said as soon as they saw me that all the swelling had gone down and it looked much more natural. I already had very little swelling, so I thought the major swelling was all gone after 2 weeks, but I guess residual swelling really cannot be ignored. The more time passes, every time I look in the mirror I think, ah... I really did the right thing getting my nose done. I wanted a pretty, natural nose that anyone would think had never been operated on, so I only went around consulting hospitals that make the nose look naturally like my own rather than a sharp, doll-like nose, and in the end I think it was a success. My upturned nose was definitely improved too, and people I know said that more than the front view, the side profile line is seriously insane! >_< It does not look obvious at all, and now that it has been 3 months, the incision line has become very faint. I bought Contractubex gel and applied it steadily, and I feel like it may have helped a bit. Since it is almost the 3-month mark, I need to visit the clinic once, and I am planning to bow 90 degrees again and thank them for making my nose..... I was so scared of rhinoplasty and worried a lot about side effects, like it being very uncomfortable or feeling like a foreign body if silicone is inserted, but I am living well with no discomfort at all, to the point that I forget I even had my nose done. I think the most important thing really is to go to an established hospital that is good at it. Since it was my first surgery, the materials were septal cartilage and 3 mm silicone! Before rhinoplasty, I came here looking for information and was obsessed with rhinoplasty information from morning to night, and now it has already been over 3 months, so it feels strange.
