2 years ago, through a friend’s introduction, I had nose surgery at a clinic in Guro called @@ Clinic. Back then I didn’t know anything and just followed my friend there, and they were like, I’d only need my nose done, so I just set a surgery date and came back. It was 700,000 or 800,000 won just for the nasal bridge lol I knew absolutely nothing about plastic surgery and had decided to only do the bridge, thinking that if my bridge just got higher, I’d become pretty too.. The surgery was done under very light anesthesia, but even one anesthetic injection hurt so much, and they did more than 10 of those.. For real, tears were streaming down. After the anesthesia, I could hear all the scraping sounds of cutting flesh and the sound of the silicone being inserted, and it felt insanely weird. Thinking about it now, I don’t know what nerve I had to endure that.. The surgery seemed to be over in about 20 minutes. My swelling was no joke. I had really severe bruising around my eyes, and when they removed the splint a week later, the silicone was leaning to one side and something like scar tissue on my nose was extremely swollen on the right side. I went to the clinic, and the director said my nose was originally asymmetrical, so it wasn’t scar tissue. Then after saying that, he gave me a scar-tissue injection containing steroids. After a few days it went down a bit, but it still seemed like only the right side was swollen, like there was scar tissue. And because the silicone was tilted to one side, I had another revision surgery.. lol The anesthetic injections hurt like crazy, but I endured that again and had the silicone changed. When I read reviews, major swelling goes down in two weeks, but even after a month my nose was still chubby. People around me said it was swelling, and I felt like it wasn’t, but maybe they were purposely complimenting and comforting me because they thought I’d be upset. I really wanted to remove the silicone again, but my mom and acquaintances said it would be a waste and told me not to remove it, saying it was swelling, so I didn’t. The director also said all the swelling would go down after a year. Then a year passed, and I really couldn’t stand it anymore, so I removed the silicone last year.. It’s seriously much better… After putting silicone in once and removing it, maybe scar tissue filled in, because my bridge is higher than before, and my nostril/alar area is even bigger than before I ever had nose surgery. So now I’m researching bulbous nose surgery, just the nasal tip. How are Director Min at ㄹㅁㅊ(ㅏㅣㅔ) and Director Kim at ㅇㄴ(ㅠㄴ)?
