My nasal tip is too blunt, so from the front it looks really strange My side profile is at least somewhat acceptable, but when I take a front-facing photo, the nasal tip looks like in the photo. What should I do about this? It feels too hard to call it swelling even when I touch it I’m so worried. Do I need revision surgery, or will it go down if I wait longer?
