I chose it because it's famous for being painless, and I wanted to have surgery while continuing to work.
After surgery, probably because of the anesthesia, I could raise my arms straight up right away, ate a meal, went to a cafe, and then went home. I slept well on the day of surgery too. For the following week, when I lay down, it felt like my body was folding in half around the pit of my stomach, so lying down was difficult, but it wasn't pain, just discomfort.
Weight before surgery: 56.2
4 days after surgery, it had gone up to 59.4 kg lolol
My belly was sticking out a lot, so I wondered if it wouldn't go down.. but after a month it went down smoothly, and my weight returned to the 56 kg range.
As for pain, until the second week, there was some difficulty lying down and getting back up.
My job uses my arms and strength a lot, so when I told the director before surgery, he said I didn't need to take annual leave and could go to work right away the next day, but I rested for 5 days before going back to work.. lol Work was definitely manageable, but it was hard when I tried to walk fast or use pulling force. It wasn't pain, more like a stiff, tight feeling.
Sensation was absent in some areas, and around the nipples, by the second week sensation gradually returned, with occasional stinging and throbbing feelings. Other areas are also slowly coming back!
The tape on the inframammary incision area has to stay on until 6 weeks, so I'm still wearing it~ I worried a lot, but after doing it, I really felt I made the right choice
I'm very happy when choosing bikinis haha I want to exercise soon They said lower body is possible after 2 months and upper body after 3 months!!!
+ Now it's been 10 months, and I can lie face down, do chest exercises, swim, dive, and do all sports without restrictions! I've been applying scar ointment consistently, so it's nice that the scar isn't noticeable! The head director at ㄷㅂㄷ in Busan is really meticulous!
