Hi everyone I’m going to write a bit of a review to mark having gone around for consultations. First of all, in my case, because I had an obsession with having a slim body, I was literally on a diet 365 days a year, ever since I was young.. Maybe because of that, compared with my lower breasts, I really have almost no upper-breast volume, and they actually have a somewhat sagging shape. But since I didn’t want to look bulky, while going around the clinics I told them my needs: that I wanted them to naturally create a cup size without any bulky look at all!
I think it would be good to read this with my situation in mind. Just because I consulted this way doesn’t mean everyone will consult this way!! Please understand that while reading.
GR (not animal x) -The consultation with the consultant seems to make up almost 70-80%. The director seems to only give the surgical explanation. Instead, the consultant’s consultation is really, really professional, and she explains all the pros and cons of breast surgery while showing papers and statistical data~ It felt like this clinic’s motto is to share all information with the patient and let them choose breast surgery while knowing everything. Also, the clinic itself isn’t big, but the system somehow feels well organized? The clinic just looked pretty clean. The operating room too... I was told Motiva and Mentor Xtra are both possible, but when the implant is stood upright, Motiva makes the upper breast look a bit less hollow, so I was diagnosed that Motiva would be a little more suitable than Mentor Xtra, and the cc was about 295. They said anything above that would look bulky. Transaxillary or inframammary incision didn’t matter, and I was diagnosed for dual plane. Aftercare is included in the surgery fee, and they continue care for up to 1 year; after that, if needed, they’ll keep doing it too. There were no separate discount conditions (referral or writing a review). A postoperative bra is worn if needed, and the director does the breast examination before and after surgery. Lifetime AS, CCTV disclosure yes.
PRT -The clinic was chaotic. The clinic size felt really big, but it had a chaotic feel. Guidance was a bit slow too, and overall I felt it was disorganized. I felt the director gave a long consultation, but like a professor teaching a class, he just mechanically explained while looking at a PPT. And he gave a Mentor lecture, saying Mentor is the only FDA-approved implant compared with Motiva and has over 10 years of history..... I thought, this clinic really prefers Mentor. He explained the three incision methods: periareolar, transaxillary, and inframammary, and recommended inframammary. He said dual plane with Mentor Xtra or Motiva around 335 cc would be good. But the director pushed Mentor Xtra more (safety), while during the follow-up consultation the consultant felt like she was appealing more for Motiva? Somehow she didn’t look like she had long experience in breast consultations, but I’m not sure. There wasn’t anything that made me think it was professional.... It was good that after the consultation they organized the details and sent them by KakaoTalk. AS is available within 1 year. Free aftercare, CCTV disclosure yes, separate review discount conditions exist (if you upload photo reviews to BBT and GNYN three times at one-month intervals).
DSH -There weren’t many patients. This had the least waiting. Before the consultation, they said the director does long consultations and it would be good to leave about 2 hours or 1.5 hours, so I got nervous, but it didn’t take that long. Oh, and this director was the only one who mentioned fat grafting. Since I don’t have much upper-breast volume compared with lower-breast volume, he said it might be good to insert implants first and later fill it with fat grafting. Recommended Motiva and Mentor Xtra. About 330 cc. For incision, transaxillary or inframammary didn’t matter, and he said to do dual plane. AS is lifetime free, but when I asked the director about AS (I asked what they would do if something went wrong), he cleared his throat and said, “Uh, but wouldn’t it be most important for the surgery to go well first?” and looked awkward, so I felt needlessly embarrassed. The consultant is kind, but I’m not sure about professionalism. There wasn’t a strong impression..... I do think she worked really hard?? to give me an estimate. There are review discount conditions (you have to upload even a video to BBT and GNYN).
GR and PRT each have one director, so I didn’t specifically introduce them, but at DSH I consulted with chief director YJJ! It’s only three consultations, but these places are mentioned a lot and well known, so I wrote this.
