Time really flies, I can’t believe it’s already 9 months..... I traveled in between and have been living well without disruption to daily life, but maybe because it was dual plane, the feeling when using my chest muscles is quite different from before surgery. When lifting something heavy, or when holding a handle on public transportation and it stops suddenly, those kinds of moments?? It’s not uncomfortable, just something only I notice myself...
Still, now I can stretch well and can lie face down too! Not for long though It’s been about two months since I started swimming, and it actually feels refreshing and good, like doing full-body stretching, more than when I wasn’t exercising. Once you reach this level of stability, I think the anxiety goes away and you can live pretty comfortably~
Oh, and I had been living as if I’d forgotten what my original breasts looked like, but recently I was scrolling through my gallery and saw old photos, and I was shocked.... I wondered how I lived like that,,,, In a way, I felt proud of myself That’s how personally satisfied I am with breast surgery, and I have absolutely no regrets about having surgery. I’m just looking forward to the 1-year mark
+) Additional info Me: rib cage 70 Current cup size: 70C (I wear C in Aimerfeel, but Solb comes out as D! I think for underwear brands that run small, I can go up to D. But it might just be because I’m sensitive, but bras with push-up pads underneath somehow don’t feel like they firmly hold my breasts… They’re uncomfortable. So these days I only wear ones without pads~ Writing this for reference)
