My nose has a slightly humped bridge because of a sunken glabella, and the nasal skin is somewhat thick around the alar area. It was my first nose surgery, and I went in with photos of a straight-but-glamorous style.
1. ㅁㅇㄷ (ct O, ct fee 1.0) I saw one of the two chief surgeons. First of all, there was no unnecessary treatment and they seemed to prioritize safety - the reason I say that is, when I first went into the doctor consultation, he asked what I wanted to fix, and after I said the glabella and the drooping nose tip, he only talked about solutions for exactly those issues. * Hump + nose tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, a little over 4 million KRW (no implant)
2. ㅊㅇ (ct X, consultation fee 1.0) I went because the reviews said it was worth 10,000 KRW, but not really..? The coordinator was like a close older sister and asked very specifically how I wanted to look, and listened to me a lot. This was also one of the leading hospitals for me, but... the surgeon I consulted with had only been board-certified for 3 years. So I passed. The facilities were good, very Instagram aesthetic. How should I put it - they seemed proud of (?) and confident about aftercare and trustworthiness. * Behind-the-ear fascia (glabella) + nose tip + alar reduction, a little over 3 million KRW (no implant)
3. ㄴㅇㄷ (ct O) It was a one-surgeon clinic, and the coordinator explained the surgical method? That part made me go, huh? The surgeon was confident and said he would make it glamorous, so he clearly likes that kind of look. I left hearing only good things here, so even though I was suspicious, it was almost my final choice. If I hadn't gone to hospitals 7 and 8, I would have done it here. They kept emphasizing that you can see the surgeon every time you come in for cotton removal, stitch removal, and so on.. * Silicone bridge + hump + nose tip autologous cartilage, mid 3 million KRW
4. ㅍㄹㅇㅂ (ct X) The surgeon looked extremely busy. There were 3-4 consultations before mine, and I kept hearing doors opening and closing from the far end, then my turn came one after another. It was a place I had been looking forward to a bit, but the whole consultation ended up being just talk about donor rib cartilage. The overall consultation was basically: since I want a somewhat glamorous nose, for various reasons it is better to use donor rib cartilage. Also, if you don't get a nose CT, most places would press inside the nose with a cotton swab or some instrument, but here they were the only place that didn't even check the septum or anything! ++ great view * Silicone + hump + nose tip, very early 4 million KRW (if donor rib cartilage is used, +550,000)
5. ㄴㅌ (ct X) I saw a surgeon who specializes in eyes and nose here. He was very soft-spoken and calm, so I trusted him, but I had looked into a certain nose shape and he advised against it because of the hump, and they seemed to strongly prefer an extremely natural look, so I passed. The coordinator consultation didn't have anything special, and they said the aesthetic clinic they are linked with has good management programs (?) and such. Also, maybe because I'm an Apple fan, I remember that the iMac and keyboard were all Apple. ++ The surgery dates were very backed up here. If you're considering this place, take note... as of mid-July, they were booked up until early September. * Silicone bridge + hump + septal extension, mid 3 million KRW
6. ㅇㅂㄹ (ct O, consultation fee 1.0) One-surgeon clinic + anesthesiology director / safety-focused / CCTV observation possible / they show you nose photos right after surgery, and so on. It has a lot of strengths, and if you're looking for a trustworthy clinic, it seems like a place worth consulting at least once. But the method they used for nose tip surgery was a bit different from everywhere else, so I excluded it. The surgeon was fully cheerful + very blunt, but only told me there was a consultation fee of 10,000 KRW after all the consultation was over.. haha. * E-line nose + nose tip ear cartilage, mid 6 million KRW (photo/review event: very early 4 million KRW)
7. ㅁㅎ (ct O) While looking at the CT, the surgeon briefly checked whether I had nasal obstruction symptoms, the condition of the septum, and so on, and he reflected my needs well in terms of shape and materials. The coordinator consultation had pressure to book on the same day, and 바ㅂ톡 and 강ㄴ언니 didn't show a CCTV installation marker, but when I asked, they said there was CCTV, just no viewing access. If you're thinking of getting it done here, keep that in mind! * Fit nose + hump + nose tip autologous cartilage, early 4 million KRW
8. ㅅㄱ (ct X) They haven't been open for very long, so I think some people may not know about them. The coordinator gave a professional impression, and the surgeon consultation was probably the most detailed. But there was some over-treatment - this was the first place that recommended osteotomy while I was visiting hospitals, and it felt like they were adding all sorts of things like alar reduction and osteotomy that other hospitals said weren't necessary. What stood out was that they only do one surgery per day. + For reference, when they check the septum, they shove the swab almost up to your eyes, so you can end up in tears and have a hellish experience. * Silicone + hump + osteotomy + alar reduction + nose tip, early 4 million KRW (photo/review event); without the event, I roughly calculated it would be well over 5 million KRW

9. ㅍㄹㅁㅇ (ct O, consultation fee 10,000 KRW) I knew this was the place with that d** issue, but I still went~ The chief surgeon had a warm, gentle style.. He said that because my nasal skin doesn't stretch well, I should give up on making it very high, and that a slim look (which was also one of my needs) was totally possible. I liked that he clearly told me what was possible and what wasn't. There were a lot of people there. Also, they used the 8th and 10th floors, and the surgeon consultation was on the 10th-floor operating level. What was unusual here was that they quoted donor rib cartilage as more expensive than autologous rib cartilage, so I was like, lol what is this. * Basic nose (bridge/tip) autologous rib cartilage 4 million KRW range; donor rib cartilage mid 5 million KRW (they said they would match the autologous rib cartilage price if I chose it)
10. ㅇㅂㅈ (ct X) The facilities were probably the best among the places I went to. But the wait was really bad, and even though I went during the off-season, the surgeon happened to be late that day, so I waited a really long time. I had a consultation with the chief surgeon who does noses, and the moment he saw me he started speaking casually, which totally caught me off guard lol. He answered my questions simply but well, and I felt the coordinator pushed same-day booking and tried to persuade me a bit more than other hospitals. * Bridge (silicone) + nose tip (septum/ear cartilage), late 3 million KRW (300 if booked the same day) (if donor rib cartilage is used, +1.3 million)
11. ㅇㅇ (ct O) Yes... this is that famous place known for its insanely long wait times.. First, the coordinator seemed busy? She only gave short guidance on the parts that needed to be explained briefly and wrapped up quickly. The surgeon consultation was short and didn't take any questions at all, but he did tell me everything necessary. The nose tip options started with donor rib cartilage, and the surgeon was amazing at catching tiny habits and asymmetries. What I wanted was for the nose tip to be as glamorous as possible, and he said he would do as much as possible, but that matching the photo I brought would be difficult! * Bridge + nose tip (donor rib cartilage, septum) + columella, mid 5 million KRW; with the review event, mid 4 million KRW
12. ㄹㅂㄹ (ct O, consultation fee 10,000 KRW) They asked if I had a celebrity I wanted to look like, and based the consultation on that. I brought mostly reference photos and not celebrity nose photos, so when the coordinator asked, I kind of froze and ended up mentioning NewJeans' Minji. Then the surgeon looked at what the coordinator had charted and said, You want to look like NewJeans' Minji~? He recommended no implant. Usually other hospitals' general consensus was more like, 'septum is possible, donor rib cartilage is an option if you want it more glamorous,' but here they said there wouldn't be a shape difference between septum and donor rib cartilage (I think that was because of my skin limits and other personal factors). * Bridge + nose tip (silicone / septum) mid 3 million KRW (5 million with donor rib cartilage)
