I came in because my nose tip had dropped a lot and I wanted revision surgery, but since I had already had surgery about twice, there was not much ear cartilage left, no septal cartilage either, and I had already had donor rib surgery, so I had surgery using my own rib cartilage. The cost was very high because it was autologous costal cartilage plus revision surgery, around 8.5 million won. I asked them to make it as high and glamorous as possible, but my skin had already become very thin and my nose had become much smaller, so other hospitals said it would be hard to make it very high. The doctor did not say much and just agreed, and after surgery my nose really did become high. The line also became fully glamorous, and 8 mm silicone was inserted. I was worried it would become too high, but it really did become high, so I am satisfied. Even in my previous surgeries, there was always still a slight bulbous-nose feel left, but now it became slim enough that my old nose is completely hidden, which I really like.
