Review of revision rhinoplasty consultations for a man ㅇㅇㅂ ㅂㅇㅂ ㄴㅈㄹ

First, the reason I want revision surgery is that in my first surgery they harvested and used costal cartilage, but my nasal tip drooped, and my nose is deviated to the right. Anyone can see my nose looks strange. The nose I want is just a dramatic-looking nose. Winter's early-days nose ㅠ First, at ㅇㅇㅂ ㄱㅈㅇ, the clinic wasn't big and it felt hectic. In the waiting area, surgical patients and patients waiting for consultations were all together like that, so it looked crowded. I had a CT scan and photos taken, then went in for the consultant consultation. The consultation was just okay. After the consultant consultation, I waited and then went in for the director's consultation, and the director looked very busy. For surgery, he asked whether I wanted it done as more of an A/S concept, like raising the nasal tip a little more, or whether I wanted to completely redo the nose from scratch. I said I wanted to completely redo it from scratch. He said the surgery would use correction of a deviated nose, osteotomy, donated costal cartilage, silicone, and AlloDerm. I don't remember a single thing from the consultation, but he drew on the photo and showed that he could do it like this, and I got hooked on that and was about to put down a deposit. But maybe the consultant thought I wouldn't have surgery here, because there was zero pressure to pay a deposit, and there was no explanation about the deposit refund policy or anything like that. So for now, this place was the cheapest. On hold for now. Next, ㅂㅇㅂ The clinic was pleasant. There was no one waiting, so I had the CT scan right away and had the consultation. The consultant spoke calmly and gave a good consultation, and the director also examined me carefully. Here, they said my nose is large, so donated costal cartilage probably wouldn't work, and I would likely need to have autologous costal cartilage harvested once more. They strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. Here too, they said the surgery would use correction of a deviated nose, autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage if needed, osteotomy, and silicone. The price was quite expensive, and there was no pressure here either, so I left for now, but nothing really clicked, so I removed it from my list entirely. Lastly, ㄴㅈㄹ Here too, I went in, checked in, had a CT scan and photos taken, then went in for the consultant consultation. The consultant spoke calmly and gave a kind, good consultation. The director also clearly recommended exactly the parts needed and suggested the direction, saying it would be good to do it this way. Here too: donated costal cartilage, silicone, ear cartilage if needed, deviated nose correction, osteotomy, and functional consultation. I liked the consultation here the most. The cost was quite expensive. After that, I kept looking only at nose lines and got hooked on ㅇㅇㅂ, so I ended up putting down a deposit, but I feel like I scheduled the surgery too thoughtlessly, so I plan to cancel. Overall, all the directors said things like my nose is too big, my nose is too high, my nose is shifted to the right, etc., and they all said to lower the silicone. I think ㄴㅈㄹ was the one that seemed most clearly confident about defining the nasal tip more, and I still need to go around for more consultations. An acquaintance strongly recommended ㅁㅈㅇ, so I think I'll go there and, if the consultation and price fit well, maybe do it at ㅁㅈㅇ. Everyone around me had good results there ㅠ Or please recommend a clinic that is good at correcting a deviated nose for men while also making it look dramatic ㅠㅠ I also booked ㅇM, but it's in December, so I think I'll have surgery before then.
