I went for a consultation because my nostrils/alar base were the problem, and ended up getting an alar lift haha. I simply thought the shape wasn’t pretty because my nostrils were wide, but after the consultation, I realized my nose looked odd not because of the width, but because my alae looked droopy. I didn’t even know what an alar lift was, so I think the consultant and doctor worked pretty hard to help me understand.. hahaha. Anyway, I finally understood what the problem was and had the surgery. During the consultation, they carefully identified the areas I wanted together with me, which was good. Thanks to that, I’ve now said goodbye to the nose that used to look long and droopy haha. I had a lot of concerns because nose surgery felt burdensome, but I’m glad I was able to correct it this way~
