I went to consultations at three places, and I'm deciding between VN and Naturalism. I went in thinking of surgery without implants, but one place recommended using silicone rather than doing implant-free rhinoplasty. Is there anyone here who had only implant-free surgery at VN or Naturalism and saw a clear before-and-after difference?
