First of all, I knew absolutely nothing about facial contouring, and I kept wondering why my photos came out so badly. After following one thought after another, the conclusion I reached was that it was the bone structure itself. So I went for an in-person consultation at ㅅㅇㅅ, had an online consultation with ㅇㅇㅊ, and went for an in-person consultation at ㄴㅈㅎ.
First, at ㅅㅇㅅ, when I went, I had to wait quite a long time, so the consultation manager apologized. The director came in for the consultation, and I’m not sure if he had come out in the middle of surgery, but he seemed somehow rushed. He did try to consult with me slowly despite that, but I could still feel the urgency, so the consultation didn’t feel comfortableㅜ Rather, the consultation manager was extremely kind, and even though the director recommended three procedures, she said I could try just two first and decide on the rest later, and that it wouldn’t be too late to do it then, so that made me feel some trust. But the trust should be in the director, not the consultation manager, right(?) ㅠ He looked so busyㅜㅜ
And second, I went to ㅇㅇㅊ Plastic Surgery, took photos, and waited for the online consultation. I got an email and listened to the explanation, and it was definitely good because it had quality. I liked things like the explanation of average facial measurements in centimeters and the explanation of my own facial measurements. After listening to the full explanation, I called the clinic to ask a question, but I don’t know if it was a desk staff member, but to put it bluntly, they had such a bad attitude. I’d like to describe it as unkind, but they were just rude.. So I told them that I understood they might have a lot of work and be tired, but that didn’t mean they should respond to me like this. (I had roughly called to ask about the price, but they asked me back, wasn’t it in the online consultation video.. I said it wasn’t in there, and the instructions said to call about the cost, so that’s why I was calling, etc. Then they asked what exactly I was asking about. I said I had watched the video too, but I still wasn’t sure. The director had mentioned the cheekbones, but I didn’t know whether it was the 45-degree cheekbone or the side cheekbone. The staff member said they didn’t know either, how would they know, etc. Then who am I supposed to ask.. etc. Anyway, I didn’t want to keep talking to them.) I hung up after saying that even if the director is skilled, I don’t want to do it there because of that person..
And then I went to ㄴㅈㅎ Plastic Surgery. The director really tried to give as detailed a consultation as possible. At this place, rather than the director deciding things for me, there were a lot of things I had to choose and decide myself. It just felt the most normal, like the surgery would go without any major issues. And when he showed example photos, he showed examples that were exactly similar to my situation, so that helped, and I thought, I could do it here haha. The director was calm, but I could see his hands shaking, so I wondered to myselfㅜㅜ if it was because he uses his hands a lot, or if it was genetic. An occupational issue(?) My mom also has some genetically shaky hands, so I thought maybe that’s what it was, but it won’t be a problem during surgery, right? For now, among the three, it’s Noh Jong-hoon, and I should go for a consultation at Made Young too.
