Consultation Review at Gyalumhan

I had a consultation with Director Park No-hyuk at Gyalumhan. For me, safety comes first, and I prefer a natural look. As soon as the consultation started, he said there would be limitations because my head is on the larger side, but I was already aware of that, so I actually liked that he was honest with me. I thought my face looked broad because my cheekbones protrude, but the director said my temples and cheekbones are in a straight line, and that my temples protrude too much, so if the cheekbones were pushed in from here, it would not look pretty at all. Surgery method 1 was temple Botox, square jaw, and chin tip. Surgery method 2 was method 1 plus cheekbones. But he said if I did method 2, I would have to get temple Botox for the rest of my life, and if I developed resistance, that would become a serious problem... He was very honest. But after looking at my CT, he said the soft tissue around my cheekbones is already sagging, that the bone itself is not large, and that I also lack elasticity, so the sagging would be severe. Before seeing the CT it had been an option, but now he said he would not do it even if I asked him to haha He also showed me before-and-after surgery photos one by one while explaining, and since I seemed to be greedy about the cheekbones, he really tried to persuade me somehow. So I was persuaded not to do cheekbone surgery^^ I also liked that he pointed out things about my chin tip that I had not considered at all. More than anything, I really liked that he was not just trying to shave down bone, but was trying to minimize side effects while directly touching my face and designing it as much as possible to suit my face shape. Needless to say, the consultant was kind. I think I’m almost 90% likely to do it here!
