I heard the pros and cons of ear cartilage, they showed me the septal cartilage size, and donated costal cartilage was actually an option too, but since using my own tissue seemed best, I got rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage.
Skin thickness? And how tight it is seem really important too. I think the doctor who did my nose surgery recommended it while taking various factors into account haha
The result is what matters most anyway haha
I raised the bridge and the tip while correcting my hump nose and bulbous nose, and from the front and the side haha I think it came out nicely~
