At some point, whenever I looked in the mirror or took photos, my nostrils looked too big and wide, so it bothered me. After I lost weight, the volume on the sides decreased, so attention went more to the center. My nasal bridge and nasal tip? The shape wasn’t bad, so I only wanted alar reduction. I had the surgery at Apgujeong ㅇㄴㅁㄷ. On the first day after surgery, I had some nosebleeding, and around days 3–4, it looked a bit pinched because of swelling. And since it swelled all the way to the philtrum, I looked like some kind of monkey ;; I thought it had failed and seriously wondered what I should do. But once the swelling went down, my alae reduced exactly as much as I wanted. I was worried about scarring, but now at week 2, it’s just slightly red and not visible if I wear makeup. I’m just thinking of it as a small wound somewhere. I’m satisfied because the change looks natural.
