Day 1, I had bruising and swelling, day 2 I had bruising and swelling, but it was definitely better than right after surgery. I also got some aftercare and took walks. From day 1 to day 3, I couldn’t sleep well. Partly because of swelling, but the cotton packing was uncomfortable, so I had to sleep sitting up.. Recently I visited the clinic and the director checked my progress. He said the shape is good, the swelling is fine, and the wounds have healed well, so now I need to watch for the swelling to go down more and keep observing until at least 6 months. He also said the areas where the stitches were removed are recovering well without scarring. Before hearing from the director that everything was okay, I kept anxiously worrying if it was really okay, so when he said the progress was good, I felt relieved…
Before surgery, I had originally been living with filler, and even before getting filler, I thought my nasal bridge wasn’t on the low side, so I had been thinking about doing it without an implant. But considering the line I wanted and what would harmonize with my face, he recommended using silicone… The director also said that while doing osteotomy for the hump, silicone needed to go in... So I couldn’t do the implant-free surgery I had been looking into, and used 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and donated costal cartilage together. The filler I had before was dissolved during surgery, so it didn’t hurt haha lol And maybe because I bought and used a nasal inflammation spray and an adhesion-prevention agent too, I think they helped a bit during recovery.
Anyway, since I was going to get surgery anyway, I wondered why I bothered getting nose filler all that time.. With nose filler, it feels like only the bridge gets higher, so it’s a bit unnatural, but after nose surgery, since they shape all the way to the nasal tip, I’m definitely much more satisfied with the shape That saying to people getting nose filler, “the end is nose surgery anyway”… Honestly I laughed at it, but that became me^^^… For the nose, I think it’s right to either not get filler at all and do nothing at all, or just get nose surgery in one go.. Whether it’s filler or whatever, once you touch it, it’s human nature to keep feeling something is lacking…
