Even on the day I had my consultation, I had such a good impression of the hospital, and not long after surgery, I was so grateful to the doctor that I wrote only praise praise praise. But !!!! this is a representative factory-style hospital, a place where things are different when you go in to poop and when you come out, a hospital where the attitude and treatment before and after surgery are clearly different !!!!
The doctor who was so thorough and very kind during the pre-surgery consultation, now, every time I went for a postoperative check, did not even come into the consultation room, just passed by, peeked through the open door, and said only one line, "Yeah, looks fine, there is no problem, right? We need to keep watching the scar tissue." Then left.
The desk staff were not exactly kind at first, and then they became even more unfriendly, especially the chat counselor, honestly.. enough said.
Only the manager was still kind, and the outside facilities are flashy and polished, and the recovery room is decent enough, but everything else, including the operating room and injection room, is bad from start to finish.
On top of that, after surgery now, the nose tip is pinched and one side is sunken, in a very ugly state. My parents are devastated. The Megaderm was inserted strangely, so even if it does not look very crooked in person, when photographed the nose tip looks crooked. So these days I do not even take photos.. I absolutely cannot take group photos. I am the only one with a crooked nose. On top of that, the columella was pulled out too long, so even when I am just sitting still it is like that, and when I smile it is a real crying face nose.
As far as I know, dents do not happen because of scar tissue. But the hospital only said it has not been long since I got the scar-tissue injection, so let us watch it for about a month. When I asked what happens if it is still like this after watching, they said they already told the doctor and would connect me after a month. They never offered a concrete solution.
I had already heard that aftercare and post-op responses are very poor at this hospital, but experiencing it myself, I really.. I had no inflammation, and until I noticed the dent early on because of swelling, I was very satisfied.. I only feel regret that the surgery should have gone well from the start. -------------------------------------------------- I thought this would be my first and last surgery, so I did not want a revision, but in the end it became 6 months recently, so I looked for a revision hospital and went ahead with the revision.
The revision is very satisfying. If I had not had surgery here in the first place, I could have saved both the original surgery cost and the extra fee for revision.. I wasted money and went through trouble for nothing, and it is truly infuriating.
If you are easily swayed by marketing and take non-open surgery lightly, either a big nose or a small nose can get hurt, so I hope everyone makes a careful decision.
