1. Apgujeong area
It’s a place said to run only on word of mouth without ads, and while I was actually in the lobby, a lot of people coming in for consultations said things like they came because their younger sibling had it done there. They also don’t have review events, so the cost is expensive. About 6.5 million won for the nasal bridge, nasal tip, and nostril wing reduction, even though it would be my first surgery.
The director specializes in natural-looking results, and on that point, our standards match. For the nasal bridge, they recommended 3 mm, and for nostril wing reduction, 4 to 6 mm. The nasal tip would be operated on using ear cartilage.
2. Gangnam Station area They also said this doctor does natural-looking results. I had a consultation for my eyes here too. For the eyes, they recommended non-incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty. They said my Mongolian folds are severe and the distance between my eyes is wide, so they would need to open it a lot, but while showing photos, they only said, “It needs to be opened about this much,” and didn’t say specifically how many mm it should be opened. Same for the double eyelid line. They did have me look in the mirror and held the line for me, but.. For the nasal bridge, they explained while placing silicone on it, saying this is how they would do it. They said 3.5 to 3 mm after I asked. For the nasal tip, septal cartilage.
I’m leaning toward No. 1.. It’s just so expensive.
