I went through the wind and rain today and visited 4 plastic surgery clinics in Gangnam. Last week I went to Siseon, Planner, and On Air, and today I had consultations at Eye Contact, Banni, Geunal, and Grida, so 7 places in total..!
Current eye condition: I had a partial-incision procedure 3 and a half years ago, but one eye came undone + the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is on the narrow side + thick skin
Eyes I want: a natural in-out line (no sausage-like look, no overly intense eyes)
1. Eye Contact I went there because it is a one-doctor clinic specializing in eyes. Surgical method: incision + ptosis correction (required) + upper canthoplasty (optional) The after-service period was 2 years, which is quite long, and the price was not bad either. The consultant was fairly kind, and the doctor also gave a good consultation. Price: incision + ptosis correction 2.09 million won, 2.64 million won if upper canthoplasty is added They also provide good aftercare.. but the fact that there is no anesthesiologist is a bit concerningㅠㅠ Anesthesia is 5 minutes of sleep sedation followed by local anesthesia~
2. Banni I specifically requested Director Ban Ho-gyeong, but unlike how he looked on YouTube, he seemed kind of tired.. He said that if I did the natural adhesion method, it would be difficult to raise the line from my current eyes, and it would only be possible to lower it instead, or otherwise I would need a full incision with ptosis correction. And this was the place that recommended the most procedures, so I passed because of the cost. 3.8 million won.. that is too much money, right? Aftercare.. they explained it, but I only half-listened so I forgot everything lol Price: incision + ptosis correction + upper canthoplasty = 3.82 million won
3. Geunal Director Yoo Gyeong-han, who is really, really famous for revision eye surgery!!! The wait was sooooo long. It took 2 and a half hours total lol Even though I had made a reservation, I waited so long that I was angry, but after consulting with the doctor, I felt a bit better. First, since the partial incision came undone quickly, he strongly recommended an incision! He said upper canthoplasty or ptosis correction is not really necessary, and that if I do ptosis correction, the distance between the eyes and eyebrows will become even narrower and look burdensome. Since he recommended only exactly what was needed, I felt like there was no overtreatment. Of course, what I want is not an incision.. but if I decide on incision, I am thinking of doing it here. The price is good too. Price: incision only 1.65 million won The after-service was probably 2 years, I think.. or was it 1 year? Ah, my memory;
4. Grida Because things took so long at Geunal, I went late, and the doctor was in surgery, so I waited really, really longㅠㅠㅠㅠ I think this place also took about 2 and a half hours. This was the first place to recommend a forehead lift to me, because the fundamental cause is that the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is narrow..ㅠ I had never even thought about it, so it was such a shock. They told me to choose one of two options: do a forehead lift and natural adhesion, or do the incision method. Price: Ah, how much was it again? I think it was over 5 million? lol even with a discount
I went to 7 places, and is it real that there is no place I really like..? Do I need to go to more consultations? lolol For now I am torn between Planner and Geunal.
