After consulting at several places, the difference from other hospitals was that they did not push eye-muscle correction unconditionally. At other places, there was not enough information about whether it was an eye that really needed it or whether they were just trying to raise the price by adding more procedures, so I was wondering whether it was really necessary. At the Vivid consultation, they said they could do it if I wanted, but that it was not the kind of eye that really needed it, and they explained what kinds of eyes truly need eye-muscle correction, so I could really compare the two.
