Should I say I had a somewhat ambiguous bulbous nose? At a glance, it looked like it was a bulbous nose but also not?? I did worry about it a lot, and my nasal bridge height was also kind of ambiguous, so I had my first rhinoplasty. But these days, when I look at it, I don't really like the shape. It ended up looking too subtle.. This time I'm thinking of going for a more natural-yet-defined line, but if I want that kind of nose to last a long time, would autologous rib cartilage be better?? People who've had revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib, please let me know And hospitals that handle rib cartilage well too!!!
