Please help. Where is good? This would be my 4th contracture surgery, and I’ve already been to all the places that are said to be famous. I want to avoid places that advertise a lot, places with lots of events, and factory-style hospitalsㅜ Is there really no one who can sincerely, genuinely give me real advice? I’m truly so desperateㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
