I narrowed it down to two places ㅈㅅㅌ (ㅔㅡㅏ) Director ㅇㅅㅎ He was very kind and said autologous costal cartilage would eventually get absorbed or lift later, but actually at other places, since I’m having a second revision, they all recommended donated rib cartilage.. So I’m wondering if I should trust this and do it here… Also, there aren’t many before-and-after photos of men who had nose surgery with this director, so I’m conflicted

But I’m worried because reviews in this community are somewhat divided, and I read posts saying there are many brokers. Were the good reviews written by brokers.. Also, he said my nose has no elasticity and told me to take a medication called Rizaben, but this is the first hospital that has told me to take a medication like that, so I find it a bit odd. Other than that, I felt that if I did it here, the shape I want would definitely come out
The price difference is that ㅎㅌ is 2-3 million won more expensive, so I’m torn..
