Before-before-after-after. I removed the silicone! I had the stitches taken out today. How does it look??? Before, I had scar tissue and nostrils like Velcro… my columella was thin.. I disliked that the most. Today is day 6, and thinking this would be my last surgery, I removed the silicone and only tied the nasal tip. I’m so satisfied. I don’t need to do it again, right???
