I went there for a consultation because I needed a revision rhinoplasty, and I had such a hard time throughout the consultation because they were extremely uncomfortable with and annoyed by the patient asking questions. They kept saying things like, if you’re not sure about the revision, then don’t have surgery... Of course I went there already deciding I would have the surgery, and what I wanted to know in detail was what materials and surgical methods would be used to perform it, but it seems they were uncomfortable with me asking so many detailed questions. The consultation itself was long, but the director was unfriendly, and even the consultation manager was unfriendly, so I couldn’t find even one reason to have surgery there.
