I went for a consultation because of revision nose surgery, but they seemed extremely uncomfortable with the patient asking questions and made me feel bad throughout the consultation. They even said things like if you are not certain about the revision, then do not get surgery. Of course I went in already decided that I would have surgery; what I wanted to know was a detailed explanation of what materials and surgical methods they would use. Maybe they felt uncomfortable being asked so many specific questions. The consultation itself was long, but the director was rude, and even the consultation manager was rude, so I could not find even one reason why I should have surgery here.
