There was no professionalism visible, and the doctor making the diagnosis could not reassure the patient. The doctor did not state the medical intent behind the questions, and when the questioning patient, anxious, asked whether there would be an answer or not, the doctor got angry and forced the patient to apologize, saying they would not treat them unless the doctor personally received an apology. The nurses, even with the patient right in front of them, made unpleasant comments about the patient’s private life. A hospital I never want to go near again.
