To commemorate going to my first outpatient visit yesterday…
Looking at other people’s reviews, it seems some people only had liquid food for a month, but in my case, from right after discharge, soft foods that can be mashed against the roof of the mouth, like pudding or steamed egg, were allowed. At my first outpatient appointment, they said I can start chewing now, so they told me to eat rice soaked in broth and finely shredded meat. They also said to buy Haribo and practice opening my mouth while chewing hard, but this is so difficultㅠㅠ If I don’t diligently practice opening my mouth and just roughly get by, could it shift later?
