I did it to improve my bulbous nose, but it did not improve at all The tip also drooped after only 3 months, and at another hospital I got a CT scan, which showed that the tip was bent. I definitely asked them before surgery to make the tip stick out a bit Now I am looking into revision surgery again, and I will absolutely never do it at this hospital again..
