After two failed surgeries, I was so angry that I said I would remove everything, regardless of looking prettier, and asked them to take it all out. They said they would leave only the minimum because the tip cartilage needed support, but I didn’t understand what that meant at the time. I just wanted a completely empty, pig-like nose as soon as possible. But after removing everything, it wasn’t exactly the same as before, and I could feel a slightly hard tip, enough to understand what the doctor had said. It didn’t even look better than before surgery and felt somewhat blunt. So even if you have everything removed, make sure to discuss the desired shape, especially the nasolabial angle!!!!! Don’t forget the nasolabial angle!!!! Even after removal, you can’t return completely to how you were before, so think carefully and prepare for the best-looking result possible!!
