My nose was slightly upturned to begin with, but I lived without realizing it. My nostrils were just somewhat visible, giving me a youthful look, and it was never severe. But during my recent rhinoplasty, my nose became noticeably more upturned. I think the promise to make it short so it would not look as long as possible may have caused it to turn up more + asymmetrical nostrils… If I have silicone placed in the nose and lower the nasal dorsum, could it descend somewhat, even if not as much as before? If anyone has had a case like mine, please leave a comment. I would really appreciate it.
