I had a consultation with the head director. It was a consultant-director-consultant consultation, and I went during lunchtime so it felt a bit hectic. As soon as the consultant saw me, she said it seemed like I would need donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, and that my nasal tip would not stretch much. This was the first clinic I visited, so there were a lot of things I didn't know, and I didn't really know the condition of my nose. The director kept recommending using autologous costal cartilage. He said my nose is short and had collapsed downward? I think, so he said they would need to extend the nasal tip as much as possible. He kept explaining the surgical method and things like that, but it was hard so I didn't really understand.. (probably because it was my first consultation ㅠㅠ) When I said I wanted it to look as glamorous as possible, he explained it like they would do the surgery first, then after 1-2 years, when the skin stretches, it would need to be raised more. The price was the most expensive, around 5.5 million won? Not an event price.

I had a consultation with a somewhat younger director, and I went into the director consultation almost right away. He took photos of my nose and showed them to me, and said it would settle downward later. He spoke in a way that said it should be done naturally, so I trusted him. Also, I didn't know I had a dorsal hump, but he told me I did (1 and 3 didn't mention anything like that). I think he examined my nose overall while touching it and gave the longest consultation. The price was also the best with the event price, but by my standards, it felt like he wouldn't be able to make it glamorous, so I put it on hold for now,, I think the price was in the low-to-mid 4 million won range.
3. ㅇㄴㅂ I went because the director was famous, but the consultant was the kindest and best. A friendly older-sister style.. But the director's surgery kept not ending, so I kept waiting and ended up waiting over an hour. So I consulted with the consultant for almost over 30 minutes, and she said my nose is a short, small nose and that I absolutely don't need alar reduction surgery, so I trusted her. But after the director finished surgery and came out, I think the consultation was about 5 minutes? It felt like he was roughly explaining based on the CT I had taken beforehand. And he said something like because my midface is long, I have a long nose (everywhere else said it was a short nose..) Anyway, even when I asked them here to make it glamorous, they mentioned the lowest silicone implant, 3.~3.5? mm, and should I say he didn't seem confident, like whether I had it done by him or not didn't matter? So I just passed on this place.. The price was cheaper than 1. It was about a month ago, so I don't remember wellㅠㅠ
Anyway, I think I need to look into more places. It's hard, so hard.
