I had it done at a hospital where, during the consultation, I felt like the director understood the look I was describing well. I already had a bit of a nasal bridge, so I did non-implant rhinoplasty, and I liked that the director brought up non-implant surgery first. Since there’s no silicone, I feel a bit less worried
