Places I’ve had consultations so far ㅈㅇㅈ ㅍㄹㅁㅇ ㅅㅇ
Last 2 clinics from my clinic rounds
ㅂㄷㄴ Rhinitis + silicone + donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip I think their aftercare is good The director also explained things in the most detail out of the 5 places It turned out the review photo I’d been carrying around because I thought it was pretty was from here...
ㅋㅂㅈ Rhinitis + nasal septum + silicone + donated costal cartilage not needed Most places said to raise the silicone up to 3.5-3.8 mm, but the director here said 3-3.5 mm They said a high nasal bridge probably wouldn’t suit my face So for the nasal tip too, they said donated costal cartilage isn’t necessary, and recommended surgery with silicone + ear cartilage for the nasal tip Out of the 5 places, they were the only one who said, since it’s my first surgery, is there really a need to use costal cartilage? Maybe because they don’t use donated costal cartilage, the surgery cost was about 1 million KRW cheaper than ㅂㄷㄴ
Both hospitals seem skilled functionally, and seem stable too Now my concern is surgical satisfaction I have a low nasal bridge and a slightly bulbous nose, and I want it to look natural, have a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and have a refined nasal tip
1. In my case, is it really safe to lift the nasal tip without using donated costal cartilage? 2. Between the two places, which one makes the nasal tip look more refined?
ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m really torn and going back and forth If anyone here had a similar concern as me or had surgery at either of these two places, please leave a comment! Private comments are good tooㅠㅠㅠㅠ
