Nose Re-Surgery

Advice on revision rhinoplasty

My younger sibling had rhinoplasty with silicone placed in the bridge at a local plastic surgery clinic in January this year. About a month ago, fluid started coming out and the nose became swollen, so they went to the clinic because it seemed like inflammation. The clinic said they were not sure of the cause, drained bloody fluid, and prescribed antibiotics, but it worsened. They went back, received the same treatment, worsened again, and this kept repeating. So they want revision surgery at a clinic known for revision rhinoplasty. They consulted another clinic, where they were told it would be better to have the previous clinic remove the silicone. But the previous clinic clearly does not seem trustworthy. Should they have the silicone removed at the previous clinic, or have revision surgery at a clinic known for revision rhinoplasty? Please give me advice just once……
