Nose Re-Surgery

Septal reinforcement

Please help me T_T Two years ago I had silicone, septal extension, and a septal-tip procedure. The foreign-body sensation is so severe that I want everything removed, but what should I do if septal reinforcement is necessary? I am going for a removal consultation soon and I am so anxious. Has anyone who had septal reinforcement experienced a foreign-body sensation? If you have had reinforcement, please help me just once T_T. I am terrified that I will try to remove it because of the sensation, then have reinforcement and feel it again. I do think part of this sensation may be psychological, from feeling that something is inside my nose. Even if it is autologous cartilage, I understand that it is placed alongside the septum, so I do not think I would feel at ease even after removal. Just as people who had a nasal tip procedure with autologous cartilage and no implant can develop an inflammatory reaction, could an inflammatory reaction also occur because the nose is opened surgically and the cartilage is placed on top? I am wondering T_T. Is blaming myself for having opened my nose and touched the septum in the first place really the only option......? T_T T_T T_T T_T I am truly desperate.
