Nose Re-Surgery

Revision surgery for a contracted nose: inner nostril tissue blocks breathing

This was revision surgery for a contracted nose. The silicone was removed, and only the shortened part was lengthened with autologous costal cartilage. From the outside, it is quite crooked, but the inner tissue is blocking one nostril, so when I block the other side, I become short of breath and the amount of air I can inhale is small. I do not know whether this is scar tissue or a side effect of the lengthening. It has been six months since surgery. I thought this would really be my final surgery, so what could this be? My nostrils were uneven even before revision, so this was meant to correct that.
