[Clinic A] This is a surgical method where silicone is inserted all the way to the nasal tip through a closed approach, with ear cartilage placed over it. They say it is not an L-shaped silicone implant. Has anyone in this community had surgery using this method? I asked another clinic, and they said they absolutely do not recommend it. Also, how is building a columellar support with the septum different from septal extension? Please help.
