I had a drooping-tip hump nose, but after rhinoplasty my nose looks even too big, bulky, and strange. It looked prettier before surgery (especially from the front—it is a complete disaster; how can surgery change the before-and-after so drastically?) It suited me, so I am seriously deliberating whether to remove everything or undergo revision....... T_T But I also had the hump shaved and lateral osteotomy, so... Since there are no implants, removing the bridge should not make much difference, but it is already obvious that it is lower than before surgery If I have everything removed in this state, my original nose was droopy too—will it droop even more??? Sigh;; If anyone has had complete or partial removal, could you please share your review??
