Nose Surgery Reviews

I think my surgery went badly..

This was my first surgery, and I had cosmetic rhinoplasty together with septal deviation surgery. I was concerned about my drooping columella, and they said it seemed necessary to support it a little more firmly, so I decided on donor rib cartilage. But after everything was done, it feels like the rib cartilage has shifted to the left, and instead of suturing the end of the columella in line with my philtrum, they sutured it shifted to the right.. Looking from below now, the tip points left while the end of the columella points right.. My left nostril was originally smaller, and because they raised it a lot with rib cartilage, the skin on the left could not stretch further, so it feels like the rib cartilage shifted left.. My nostrils are also uneven from the front.. This seems like the shape and the suturing itself are wrong, regardless of swelling.. I am going in on day 14 to have the stitches inside my nose removed and ask the doctor about revision.. I feel depressed every day. I asked for a natural result, and my bridge was not originally low or my tip particularly droopy, so I do not understand why they raised it so aggressively.. When I shine a light inside my nose, I should see pink mucous membrane, but I can see something white like bone.. It feels hard when I gently touch it with a cotton swab. I am worried that I might also have a mucosal perforation.. They also took ear cartilage, so my ear is now ragged with surgical scars T_T It all seems like a problem.. What should I do? T_T
