If I had been satisfied with my first nose surgery, I probably wouldn’t have needed revision surgery... But one unsatisfactory thing after another kept happening. The nose whose columella line had been made natural also became short and stubby, perhaps because the material was absorbed. From the front, it looked somewhat curled, and the shape had become unattractive. It seemed that the shape created had collapsed as the tip material was absorbed...??
I was told I had to consult to know the details, so I visited a few more places. I heard “We’ll make it beautiful~” many times, but I never felt drawn to them. At Ittem, Dr. Jung Woo-jin first clearly asked why I wanted revision surgery, so I explained everything in detail... haha.
My nose didn’t need major correction, but the tip needed to be firmly supported, so we decided to use autologous costal cartilage for a firm correction and raise the tip a little more than before so the columella line would come out beautifully~
The tip is higher than before, but it isn’t burdensome and suits me well, so I’m satisfied!
