Review of Nose Surgery for a Low, Small Nose

Hello. I am leaving a review because I am satisfied after my rhinoplasty! I had surgery at Jungwoo Plastic Surgery, and it has been two months. First, my nose itself was small and low. I had a bulbous nose too, but the nose itself was small. Naturally, the tip was also blunt. Since my cheekbones were already somewhat prominent, having a small, low nose made the center of my face look even flatter and made my cheekbones stand out more. My goal was a natural result that would still look clearly different, but I was most afraid of complications and did not think my nose could be raised very high. After visiting several clinics, I went to Jungwoo Plastic Surgery last, and the director kindly diagnosed my nose and explained the surgical plan. Unlike my earlier consultations, I especially appreciated that the director explained that I had a small nose and discussed how to avoid creating a pinched-nose appearance because I had a retracted columella. I liked the director, and I also liked that the consultant explained the points discussed with the director again without pressure or forced recommendations, answered my questions in detail, and offered a reasonable price. I scheduled the surgery and proceeded right away, and the result is extremely satisfying. Everything I wanted to change has changed. My parents are happy too, but the best part was the reaction of my friends. Everyone I have met has said it looks natural and pretty! I now have a naturally pretty nose without looking overdone. The profile line came out especially nicely, and I am satisfied that the front view also turned out well without a pinched appearance. My biggest regret is that I did not do it sooner, haha. The best part of the surgery was that the director stopped the bleeding so thoroughly that I could be discharged without nasal packing. I had surgery in the middle of summer and it was difficult to travel back and forth to the hospital, so that was fortunate. I am actually quite anxious and worry-prone, but the director is extremely calm and reassuring. That made me trust the process more, and when I became worried after swelling immediately after surgery, the director said, “The swelling will go down, so don’t worry,” which reassured me enough to continue my daily life. Haha. The director is already well known for rhinoplasty and has more than 20 years of experience, so I think you can achieve a satisfying result through a calm, thorough consultation covering many different cases.
