Eye Surgery Considerations

[Clinic E] Review

I made a consultation appointment by phone and went in, but when I gave my name, the front-desk staff openly tilted their head and handled me with a puzzled expression. Judging by the expression, I immediately had a feeling that something had been left out. They first guided me to a room to wait, then asked me to show my ID card. After that, they went out and came back in again, asking whether I had confused them with another clinic. It was not as if there were two clinics with the same name, and I had deliberated carefully before choosing where to look—so what was there to confuse? I was dumbfounded, so I showed them my call history. Since the number matched the clinic's contact information, they had nothing to say and went out a second time to check again. By then, I intuitively felt that this clinic had no intention of consulting me and that its handling was terrible for a clinic of its size. When I stood up to leave, they came in a third time and asked whether I had recorded the phone call, haha. Who records a consultation-booking call? The staff's handling was truly extraordinary. The doctor would be responsible for everything related to surgery, but the staff would handle everything else. If I cannot trust them with something this minor, how could I trust them enough to lie down on the operating table? If they had omitted the appointment, responding quickly would have reflected their skill, ability, and clinic image... I had visited another clinic for a consultation before coming here, and the comparison was so stark that I could only laugh hollowly. I have had plastic-surgery consultations more than once or twice, but this was my first experience like this.
