I had been going around thinking only about removing the silicone and revising the tip, but this was the first clinic that made simple removal appealing to me. They said that even if I only had the tip revised, since my baby is still young, an impact could cause deformation, so they recommended removal. The way they explained things felt genuinely like a doctor, unlike the plastic surgeons at other clinics. After consulting here, I felt that I would probably end up having surgery at this clinic. However, I am still deliberating between revision surgery and removal. My nasal septum is small, so they said both rib cartilage and ear cartilage would be needed. If I choose removal only, I think I will have it done at [Clinic A], but revision surgery would be somewhat burdensome for me, so I am still deliberating, T_T.
