I have visited many clinics for consultations, but this is the first time I have found myself deliberating because the coordinator was unfriendly. Even when I tried to ask about things I was curious about, her tone and attitude felt as if I were bothering her, making it difficult to ask questions. I do not know whether that is simply how she normally speaks, but from the perspective of someone who came for a consultation, it felt extremely unfriendly. In the end, I could not comfortably ask what I wanted to know and left feeling as though I had only heard the price. Because my expectations for the clinic had been high, my disappointment is also significant, and the coordinator's response made me wonder whether I should have surgery there at all. From the perspective of someone receiving a consultation, I wish the atmosphere had been more comfortable for asking questions and receiving advice.
